Why does it cost anything?

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date models for every retailer's plan structure requires ongoing work from a team of energy analysts. $1/month covers infrastructure and that effort — just barely. We've deliberately kept it at the lowest amount we can sustain.

What data do you store?

Only your email address, Home Assistant installation UUID, and Stripe billing metadata. Your energy usage data never reaches our servers — the optimizer runs entirely on your HA instance.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from your Stripe billing portal. You'll revert to the free plan (current plan only) automatically.

Which states are supported?

Currently focusing on Australian NEM states (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT). More regions coming.
